PLACE Projects. Pilots, quoted per project.
A page for your development, presented by you, where people can see it and sign up to support it before it's built. Pilots are set up with Archie, PLACE's AI assistant, and quoted per project.
A small number of pilots only · not self-serve
What a pilot includes
- A project page, presented by you: renders, key facts, the site, benefits to the community and questions and answers.
- Supporter sign-ups, with each person's consent.
- Always labelled “presented by the developer”, never dressed up as independent consultation.
- Nothing goes live until you approve the preview.
Not built yet
- A developer dashboard.
- Enquiries sent to your CRM or as a CSV.
- PLACE Pulse reports.
- Advertising for your project.
We'd rather say so up front. See the roadmap for what's next.
How a pilot starts
- Tell us about your project. Email hello@placetechnologies.com with the project name, suburb, number of homes, stage and what you already have, or ask Archie. Sarah Murray, PLACE's adviser, reads every message.
- Agree the price in writing before anything starts. Each pilot is quoted per project, by its size.
- Send what you have (renders, plans, key facts, FAQs). The page is set up with Archie from what you send, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
Apartments, townhouse rows and other multi-residential buildings are quoted per project. Single homes, granny flats, duplexes and modular pods are listed by housing companies at A$49 a home, a month + GST: see pricing.
