Prices in AUD, plus GST. A$49 covers single-dwelling designs: houses, granny flats, duplexes and modular pods. Apartments, townhouse rows and other multi-residential or complex buildings are quoted per project, like PLACE Projects. You pay setup and the monthly price when you publish your first home. Home buyers can make AI pictures of your published homes: 2 free per buyer account, then paid for by them, not by you. AI pictures aren't part of a listing. Caps on Archie may apply depending on usage.
If a model needs extra work. Most files convert automatically. In the unlikely event that one of your models can’t be onboarded as it is (for example, the file needs repair or rework), we’ll let you know before anything is charged. You can fix and re-upload it yourself at no cost, and Archie can help you work out what to change.

Trying homes in PLACE Build is free. PLACE never sells you the home: manufacturers quote you directly. PLACE Build is in beta, with demo designs created for PLACE. Your first 2 AI pictures are free with a PLACE account; after that they're 10 PLACE credits (A$1 incl. GST) each.

Your first 2 AI pictures are free with a PLACE account, once. Credits are only used when it works: if a picture fails, or the AI changes the building, they come back. Credits never expire, and unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Credit terms.

What counts as a quote request?
A request from a home buyer who has tried one of your homes and asks you for a quote. It comes with their saved design and site plan, and it goes only to you. Quote requests are coming soon.
What is setup help from Archie?
Archie is PLACE's AI assistant. It explains each step of setting up, shows you how to export a 3D file from your software, and answers questions at any time. Archie can't upload or set up homes for you: PLACE is self-serve, and nothing goes live until you publish it.
How is GST shown?
Every charge shows its price, the GST and the total before you pay.
What files can I bring?
PLACE takes 3D files in GLB, FBX, OBJ, DAE, STL or PLY format. If you design in SketchUp, Revit, Archicad or similar software, export to one of these first: Archie and the uploader explain how. Product names are trademarks of their owners, and PLACE isn't endorsed by them.
