PLACE helps people see new homes before they're built. We'd like to help councils and governments show pattern-book and new homes to their communities, so people can explore them in 3D and try them on a block.

PLACE Build, free in the browser
Anyone can try a home on a sample block: walls up or down, the sun across the day, finishes they can change. No app to install.
Real NSW blocks NSW · beta
Type an NSW address to see the lot on the aerial photo, with its boundary, true north and the buildings next door, and an indicative Fits, Tight or Check with council result. It uses NSW Government boundaries and aerial photos with typical setbacks. Indicative: not a survey or planning approval, and it doesn't yet know slope or a council's exact rules.
Homes from housing companies
Housing companies upload the 3D files they already have and publish their homes on their own company pages, for anyone to try in PLACE Build.

Ways for people to say what they think about a design or a development are not live. See the roadmap for what we're building.
Your pattern-book designs
No government pattern-book designs are in PLACE Build today. We'd only add them with the written permission of whoever owns them.
Other states
Real blocks are NSW only, in beta. Other states will follow, with no dates promised.
