We delivered the first volumetric housing system to gain NHBC Accepts and BOPAS 100 year durability and maintenance assessment and our factory automation project completed in May 2020. Our Homes England deal was the first government backed investment directly to a modular housing factory, with £60m funding to drive capacity. As a result of our successes over the last three years, we have created a pipeline that comprises over 3,000 homes. This is in addition to the sector defining deals we continue to lead on with some of the UK’s largest institutional investors, developers, housing associations and councils.
