With a dedicated architectural team and a committed client, we’ve achieved an exceptional balance of architecture, performance, and lifestyle in this home. Despite the challenges posed by the steep terrain, and the need for level access, to gain the stunning views we tackled the project head-on. Our solution based approach, including a suspended timber structure, has minimized earthwork, retained walls, and thermal bridges, while maximizing both the view and accessibility throughout the house.

The deisgn team meticulously simulated the energy performance of this residence using PHPP energy modeling software. The results are outstanding, with an anticipated energy demand up to 300% lower than if the house were designed to the current Building Code H1/AS1 standard.
