Description
The Fitz Roy is one of our single-story Tiny Home designs with separated bedroom at one end with Ranch Sliders to let light flood into the room and to act as a separate entrance. The main room is spacious enough for a fold out couch to watch TV or take in the view out of the second set of Ranch Sliders. The design lends itself to people that don’t want to climb stairs or a ladder to a mezzanine level. Its ideally suited for people wishing to downsize and Airbnb rentals.
The Fitz Roy is 8m long, 2.5m wide and weighs in under the legal limit of 3,500KG. It can be towed by most recent model full-size Utes.
As with all our Tiny Home designs, we have never made the same model twice, as our clients add, change and modify the layout they like the best to create their perfect dream Tiny Home.
